Tucked away in a charming corner of Shrewsbury St., The Woo Bar & Grill is a hidden gem that promises a private yet vibrant experience. Despite the bustling crowd inside, the spacious design and high ceilings make it feel airy and uncrowded. The outdoor patio, though smaller, is a lovely, private escape with a soothing atmosphere. What truly captured my attention was a beautiful, inspiring statue of a woman, surrounded by lush greenery, which made sitting outside a delightful choice. The ambiance inside exudes a dark, elegant warmth—like a relaxing party night, while the patio offers a sweet, tranquil retreat. The drinks are a masterpiece, not overly sweet but full of nuanced, sophisticated flavors that leave a lasting impression. I only indulged in drinks this time but will definitely return to try the food. A special mention goes to Ally, who made my experience exceptional. Her calm, casual greeting instantly put me at ease, and she had an intuitive sense of timing, checking in just the right amount. She made me feel welcome, relaxed, and cozy in my patio spot. Her warm hospitality and friendly nature, along with the invitation to linger longer, made me feel like I was being treated as more than just a guest—I was genuinely invited to return, and I certainly will.

The place is super clean, and tastefully decorated. Drinks including their signature cocktails were superb! The chicken ceasars salad is my go to!! So so good Amazing, warm and inviting place. Very friendly staff. A great experience at a wonderful place. Fast service! John was professional and always checking in on us! I haven't had a better experience in as long as I can remember!!

this bar has become a new favorite spot for me and my bf!! the atmosphere is amazing and everyone is so welcoming. the food is great highly recommend the chicken broccoli alfredo or pickle pizzas. we love all of the bartenders/staff and the drinks they make are to die for!!

I can’t say enough about the service, food, drinks and atmosphere...The Pickle Pizza is one my favorite!! It’s a thinner crust that’s cooked to perfection with the right amount of toppings...The Yucca fries, The Steak, The Salads (best Italian dressing) Steak n Cheese and The cornbeef Eggroll (seasonal ) are to die for... Their specialty Martini’s are one of the best I’ve ever had including a Pistachio, a Guava Cosmo, Pumpkin in the fall (my 1# fav) and a Watermelon in the summer...They all have a beautiful presentation with dehydrated oranges, cinnamon sticks, fresh herbs, chocolate sauce ect, They always make you feel welcome and comfortable!!! I can’t say enough good things about all the staff and owners !!! Keep up the good work Woo Bar !!!

We've stopped here a couple times for drinks and had great experiences. They make a delicious and beautiful espresso martini. To be fair, I haven't eaten here but the bar service has been outstanding. The owner is very nice, and the vibes of the place are friendly and welcoming.

TLDR; consistently great, informative with allergies Been here a few times over the past year and this is one of the most consistent restaurants I have been to in the area. The menu, service, food, atmosphere and beverages have been consistently the same no matter when we go which I have found to be highly unusual for the area but is much preferred. This is a huge testament to whomever is running this place because they're doing a great job! Normally, I am not a mocktail person but, their cocktails and mocktails sounded so good that I ended up with one and it was absolutely delicious. I also have a lot of friends with food allergies and although they do not cater to any particular restrictions, every time we have gone the staff has been more than willing to double check and make accommodations. 10/10 highly recommend

From the minute we walked in, our server, Jess, was amazing. She led us to the prettiest spot on the patio, was so friendly and attentive, and was the rare type of server that actually guides the guest experience and makes it tailor made for what kind of night you’re trying to have. She recommended the best drinks, which were perfect. The guava martini was my favorite but the watermelon martini was so fresh and refreshing, it was def a close second. I was starving so she made sure our app came out quickly and was just such a pleasure to be served by. The food was also awesome, the croquettes were to die for and the chicken Marsala was sooo good. Jon and Eddie really know what they’re doing and my only regret is not coming here more often. 10/10!

I’m writing this review specifically for the bartender And the grey haired gentlemen who I believe is the bar manager . Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names at this time. I’ve gone there two Friday nights in a row with my girlfriend and will continue going there on a very regular basis on the same night due to the bartender and the bar manager. Even though it’s incredibly busy for them, they are welcoming, friendly, funny, and overall very nice people. She makes an excellent and I mean excellent hurricane/spicy margarita. Actually the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty. The bar manager and her have a funny relationship and it’s Obvious they enjoy working together and working with their customers. I can’t say enough about them but we found our New one night a weekend going out place! To you both, thank you for doing what you do in the manner in which you do it... See you next Friday and let me know if this review is read by you or your bosses. My main reason for writing this is to tell the owner of the bar how great you guys are and for anyone looking for a great place to go for a fun night with great atmosphere due to these folks mentioned.
